everything don't work for everybody i guess you could say, but the following has helped me greatly.... had a little tickle in my throat that i recognized as the start of a chest cold and a sinus headache. tried this tea and it knocked it out within 2/3 days...
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (calls for organic i used what i had and worked just fine) 1 tbsp honey (calls for organic, i used what i had and worked just fine) 8 oz water (hot/warm) i like warm b/c it allows me to drink it straight down (calls for filtered, i love michigan tap :-))
