Toni Braxton has filed for bankruptcy again -- claiming she owes somewhere between $10 million and $50 million in unpaid debts all over the country ... including DMVs in TWO different states.
Braxton -- who sold more than 40 million albums in her career -- just filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California ... and in the docs, the singer claims she's only worth somewhere between $1 mil and $10 mil ... but she could have up to $50 mil in debts.
In the docs, 43-year-old Braxton lists a ton of creditors to whom she thinks she may owe money... including:

-- Cedars-Sinai Medical Center
-- Various medical bills
-- DirecTV
-- Neiman Marcus
-- The William Morris Agency

Good luck with your deadlines. The upside is that come February when it is cold and snowy and winter has gotten on my very last nerves, I will be able to escape for a little while in the made up world of your new book :-) Where is the short story being published?
She seems to have a spending problem. Don't ya think? The fact that she doesn't know who much she woes is tragic. Creditors are happy to let you know how much you owe. Any time you owe Orkin you are in trouble.

I am SO glad my Mama taught me to pay off my debts before I treat myself. Oh, and never buy goods on credit or hire purchase. Biggest legal retail con-job, that hire-purchase thing.

Crazy ain't it? When you look at the list, I have to laugh when I see Lady Gaga's name on the list.
