We've talked about some new fall shows and some new shows with people of color. I did catch the sneak peek of Outlaw last week, I liked it but they're going to need to make the main character (played by Jimmy Smits) a wee bit more sympathetic. The Grey's Anatomy premiere is this week and I'm definitely going to watch The Event tonight.

Saw a sneak preview of Hawaii 5-0, it was awful. My mom used to watch the original and she was not happy. I am going to watch the Event.
Blue Bloods looks interesting. Detroit 187 gets a look and Fringe is coming back.
Waiting on The Good Wife to come back.
Criminal Minds is back! But I have to decide between that and Law and Order: SVU.
I know, right?! Both are SOOO good.
I was so geeked for football everything else is just filler until basketball.
Undercovers looks good. What happened to that show The Deep End?
Saw sneak preview of The Chase - skipping it. When does Private Practice come back on, does anyone know?
I was going to feel guilty for getting hooked on Swamp People on the History channel, but they've redeemed themselves by adding a family of African American gator hunters. Don't judge me!
I saw the pilot of Outlaw. Is it me or was Jimmy Smits overacting? I don't recall him doing it before, but it seemed really obvious this time. I'm going to give it a few more episodes before I pass final judgment.
Beyond watching The Event and Undercover for the eye candy, I can't say that either show really appeals to me and will be something that I watch long term.
Private Practice is back this Thursday after Grey's.
I just got into Criminal Minds, so I will be watching it Wednesday (skip SVU), and I think my guilty pleasure--Desperate Housewives--is back Sunday, with Vanessa Williams! She's not part of the mystery (Paul Young is *back* y'all!), so hopefully we'll get a Black housewife that lasts more than one season.
I watched Swamp People by accident - it wasn't terrible. But it's not the smarted thing I've ever watched ;-)
And sorry Chele, I know you hate reality but I'm all over DWTS tonight!

Umm, Sam and Addison? They keep dancing around each other, but she's sorta kinda with Pete.
I thought they "got together" in the last scene of the season? Then again, by then they were dong too much on the show.

Shoot, I'm old and senile. I think you're right. Did they get together or just share a bed with no horizontal hoo hoo? All I really remember from the finale is Dell dying.
I caught Boardwalk Empire last night. That will definitely be in the Sunday night lineup after Football.

I DVR'd it but haven't watched yet.
It was canceled after 5 or 6 shows.
I'm going to try and get back into House this season.
Besides football, I will be watching The Event, Undercovers, Law & Order: SVU and for my one reality show that I MUST watch, America's Next Top Model. (Don't judge me!) LOL
And I will continue to watch the re-runs, episodes that I missed, of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. I love to see people get blessed after experiencing true hardships!
In addition to my old favorites, I'll be checkin out Undercovers, LaLa & Fanny's reality shows,The Event, and Law & Order L.A. (so glad I have a DVR again!)
I kept trying to figure out what I was missing! Law & Order: L.A. How could I not watch that one!

Can't wait for "Grey's". Outlaw was kinda what I expected , needs some work........"The Event" kinda looks like "Fast Forward", the show ABC put in as a midseason replacement last season. I want to see what "The Chase" is about, looks interesting. What about Boris Kujoe's new show folks, gonna give it a shot?

You don't even want to know Gamma's TV line-up ... I'm a self-professed TV Junkie -- have loved it since I was a kid. I could write a post-a-day on my "what's live and what's being DVR'd" -- don't judge me LOL. I enjoyed Lone Star tonight though (new series on Fox). House was slow but I'm sticking with it. I'll be boycotting CSI premier this week cuz they sold out and have Justin Bieber on. Criminal Minds, NCIS, NCIS-LA, and so on and so on and so on (wasn't that a shampoo commercial?).
Yes, I missed the Mayberry Marathon. Call me for the Murder She Wrote event. ;-)
i liked the event. i'm still kinda salty it took the place of heroes though. that was my show. boardwalk empire was ok as well. i think it's gonna get better and i'm looking forward to seeing what role omar is going to play on it.
